Happy Easter!
Isn't this cute? Julia and I made them this afternoon to give to a couple of our favorite nurses. You dump everything into a bowl, cut the bunnies in pieces with kitchen shears, add some butter and vanilla and bake it and you have s'more bars. Someone at the gym had one in the locker room yesterday and I googled and found the recipe. Here it is:

We only had three of the mason jars large enough. I might go see if I can find some more tomorrow. The store we went to today only had small ones but I had three leftover from another project!
While I'm on the peep issue, here's another pic of the cutest cupcakes someone made for church last week:
We kind of have a "thing" about peeps in our house. Julia doesn't take ANY food by mouth, but every year she gets to suck on a peep. So they have special meaning to us. LOL By the way, when you are looking for images of Peeps to print onto instructions for the peep s'mores, I recommend highly AGAINST doing a google search for "peeps." Definitely add the "marshmallow" in there or you get peep show stuff! Ack! Ask me how I know?
Oh, and a big victory. I bought two giant bags of Easter M&M's to make these, and did not eat a single one. I'm not sure I've ever had that control before. I did drop one on the floor and never found it but I think the dog found it later. I walked into the kitchen and he skulked out looking guilty. Hm...

And props to you for your strength in not eating ANY M&Ms! I would've eaten a few, at least, but to have eaten NONE? You go, girl!
:-)
